The hotel has a nice and quiet location with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious, different, and clean, although not as spacious as described. The service was friendly and supportive, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast experience had some chaos on Monday with limited staff. Overall, a nice hotel with great rooms and service but some dining issues.

The hotel offers a great location with convenient access to shopping centers and was perfect for my business meetings in Gatineau. The room with a King bed & Murphy bed had a beautiful garden view, but the noise from the room above us was a downside. The service was outstanding with polite and helpful staff proficient in both French and English. The breakfast was long and not very good, but the tapas were delicious. The facilities were well-maintained, although the soundproofing could be improved.
